By accessing or using the PlayNearbyapplication or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using PlayNearby, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You register using your mobile phone number via OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

You agree to use PlayNearby only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent game listings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service
• Collect other users' personal information without consent
• Use the Service for commercial gambling or betting

PlayNearby is a game discovery and coordination platform. We do not process payments between users. All cost-sharing is agreed upon between the host and players and settled in cash at the venue. PlayNearby is not a party to any financial transaction between users and accepts no liability for payment disputes.

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of cost information and venue bookings.PlayNearby makes no guarantee that a venue will be available or that any game will proceed.

Users may submit content including game details, venue names, and ratings ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant PlayNearby a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, and display your content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. PlayNearby reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

All content, branding, design, and code of the Service are owned by or licensed toPlayNearby. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service uses your device's location data to show nearby games. Location access is optional but required for full functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details on how location data is stored and used.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PLAYNEARBYDOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYNEARBY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL INJURY DURING SPORTS ACTIVITIES.

Participation in sporting activities carries inherent risk of injury. You participate at your own risk. PlayNearby is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from games organised through the platform.

The Service uses Firebase (Google) for authentication, data storage, and notifications. By using PlayNearby, you also agree to Google's applicable terms of service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
